Marketing strategy that moves people to act.

Helping organizations turn business goals, audience insights, and data into measurable growth.

I’m Amy Roldan, a Denver-based marketing strategist with an MBA in marketing and more than eight years of experience across financial services, arts and culture, tourism and consumer-facing brands.

My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, creative thinking and cross-functional execution. I turn complex goals into clear marketing strategies, whether that means launching a financial product, developing a bilingual campaign, improving customer engagement or building smarter workflows with AI.

What I Do

I develop integrated marketing strategies designed to connect the right audience with the right message and move people to act.

My experience includes B2B and B2C campaign strategy, go-to-market planning, customer engagement, lifecycle and email marketing, paid media, SEO, content strategy, Hispanic marketing, product launches, partner marketing and marketing operations.

Today, I work in financial services marketing, partnering across product, legal, compliance, risk, analytics, digital, technology and executive teams to bring campaigns to market in a highly regulated environment.

The Work I’m Proud Of

My work has contributed to measurable results across marketing, growth, and operations, including:

  • 85% estimated time savings through an AI-enabled marketing workflow

  • 60% increase in financial product adoption through targeted go-to-market strategy and campaign execution

  • 35% increase in email open rates through segmentation, testing and content strategy

  • 15% year-over-year growth in website traffic through SEO, paid search and content optimization

  • 90% increase in fundraising revenue through integrated marketing, public relations and event strategy

My Background

Before moving deeper into financial services, I led marketing and communications for the Aspen Art Museum, managing campaigns across email, social media, web, paid media, public relations and events.

Earlier in my career, I worked in destination marketing, legal services and luxury retail. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in audience research, client service, relationship building, brand experience and storytelling.

I earned my MBA in marketing from the University of Denver while working full time and leading marketing and communications at the Aspen Art Museum. That experience strengthened the way I approach marketing as both a creative discipline and a business function.

I’m also a first-generation American and proud daughter of immigrants. That background shapes how I communicate, collaborate, and think about audiences. I bring a multicultural perspective to my work, along with professional Spanish translation experience and fluency in Portuguese.

What I Believe

Good marketing should feel strategic and human.

It should begin with a clear understanding of the audience, connect to a real business objective, and give people a reason to pay attention or act.

I’m especially interested in marketing that is data-informed, AI-enabled, inclusive, and thoughtfully built.
